We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Part of the fix will be a paring down of which leagues are supported for DraftKings. We hope to have full coverage up again soon.
This incident has been resolved. Database was at full capacity and needed to be scaled up, we have efforts in place now to setup proactive alerting to make sure this is handled earlier in the future.
This incident has been resolved. There was an unexpected database migration that caused an issue with odds syncing to our database.
Due to slow scaling of our servers, there was higher than expected latencies with odds updating. We have resolved this issue and have been monitoring for the past 30 minutes to make sure things are working as normal.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. It will take 10-15 minutes to fully deploy.
