This incident has been resolved. There was an unexpected database migration that caused an issue with odds syncing to our database.
Due to slow scaling of our servers, there was higher than expected latencies with odds updating. We have resolved this issue and have been monitoring for the past 30 minutes to make sure things are working as normal.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. It will take 10-15 minutes to fully deploy.

We have identified the issue that was causing the high latencies / slower updating prices for OpticOdds AI and for Copilot. This was caused by an unexpected version increase in one of our third party queue management systems, this version increase came with a memory leak that caused the server to enter an infinite restart loop. We have pinned the server to use a stable older version and are seeing normal behavior again. We will be continuing to monitor for the next couple of hours.
Items that were affected:
Slower price updates for OpticOdds AI prices.
Slower price updates for Copilot prices.
No new outlier notifications being sent.
Slower updating fixture results and status changes from unplayed -> live -> completed.
Slower updating tournament results.
